Adhering to these terms allow our shows to run smoothly and achieve the highest possible quality.

*Terms and Conditions:

Elk River Community Theatre, in conjunction with North Star Arts, is committed to creating a safe, educational, and fun theatrical opportunity for actors of all ages and experience levels. Theatre is the team sport where everyone can win!

***NOT ALL ACTORS ARE CALLED TO ALL REHEARSALS***

Larger roles = more rehearsal time.

NO conflicts are allowed during the last two weeks of rehearsals.

This is crucial to maintain the casts' momentum and the show's success.

Each family is responsible for volunteering to help this show be a great success. There are various tasks such as painting, marketing, set building, costume organization, house management, etc. that are performed by our wonderful parent volunteers. This is what enables us to keep our registration fees affordable.

***A FULLY REFUNDABLE volunteer deposit of $400 for the first child and $25 for each additional child per family will be collected at the first rehearsal***

Families who fulfill their volunteer commitment will have their volunteer fee reimbursed at the close of set strike.

Actors MUST provide their own stage shoes and costume bases.

Specialty costumes provided by North Star Arts and ERCT.
